Last night I had the lovely pleasure of attending a launch party in Nashville at The Cordelle with my blogger and stylist friend Larz of the blog Livin Like Larz. Guests gathered to celebrate and view the latest collaboration for Red Earth Trading Company. They have partnered with model/actress Angie Harmon and the results were quite beautiful.
I for one am a lover of anything with skulls and this collection contained a delightful use of them. An Aztec vibe radiated from each of the pieces like the sun shift necklace that reminded me of the gold medallion used in the movie Pirates of the Caribbean. Notable guests in attendance were Mike Wolfe of American Pickers, musician Rick Nielsen of the band Cheap Trick, musician Cassadee Pope, and John Zarling of Big Machine Records.
Before the night was over I ended up with the Sun Shift medallion necklace (last photo). I can’t wait to wear it to Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week this February.
Angie looked absolutely amazing in her two piece crop top and skirt by Alexander McQueen.
Congratulations to Red Earth founder Travis Gravette for all his hard work and vision.
