TOAST Real Wood Veneers

We had the opportunity to come across this lovely little company based in Portland, Oregon. Designer Matias Bretcher (Industrial designer and furniture maker) has created a wonderful line of phone cases. TOAST just recently launched the iPhone 5 cover and iPad/iPad2 covers.

The iPhone covers come in three types – ash, walnut, bamboo. Note that these are real wood veneer pieces for the back of your iPhone and iPads. Their website claims that the sticky portion will not leave any residue in case you want to change the cover.

Designs can be added to the back from a choice list on the website or you can customize what you would like the cover to say. Currently, the iPad veneers are only plain, but we say give this company a little bit of time and they will have a nice list to choose from. The company also donates 1% of their sales to 1% for the planet. One more reason to enjoy this company.

Visit the store here.  And happy shopping!
